Hi, my name is Michelle. I am the owner of KEY2FITNESS Professional Personal Training located in my home. I have been operating for over 12 years in my home and before that had worked at various gyms for over 5 years but was bothered by high pressure sales which pushed me to start out on my own. I am a certified trainer through Can-Fit-Pro.

I am an avid runner but can’t live without my weight training either. I definitely “Practice what I Preach”.

I am a dedicated, caring but tough motivator. I listen to the goals and needs of each client individually and design a program based on that; NOT a “one size fits all” approach. I strongly believe everyone can reach levels they never thought possible with the right teacher and the right attitude.

You will receive a fitness test and evaluation on your first session so I can properly assess your needs and strengths.

I don’t believe in lying to anyone and making false promises (hello infomercials and fad products) . What I do promise are results IF you are dedicated and willing to put in the time and effort. It won’t happen with one or two sessions but it will happen with consistency and realizing it does take hard work. I will give you the most effective program and meal plans BUT you do have to show up……..

I have an amazing track record with many clients who have been with me for years. I do not cancel and I will be ready with a positive and motivating attitude when you come.

I have a throughly stocked gym and there will never be anyone else besides the two of us. (No sharing equipment)! It is a bright and welcoming gym with a TRX strap, gym quality treadmill, free weights, bench, bosu ball, weight bar and much more!!
